When a client has a problem, you&#8217;re the first person they call. When the team needs direction, you&#8217;re the one giving it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn&#8217;t about taking orders and passing them on. We need someone who can sit in a room with a senior client, understand what they&#8217;re really trying to solve, and come back with sharper thinking than they asked for. Someone who can run a pitch, push back on a brief that isn&#8217;t working, and keep a project moving when things get messy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you like solving problems, working with smart people, and seeing your work in the world \u2014 read on.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What You&#8217;ll Do<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Look after the clients in your portfolio.<\/strong> Know their business, their category, their competitors, and where the market is heading \u2014 sometimes better than they do.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grow the accounts you run.<\/strong> Spot opportunities, bring ideas to the table, and turn good relationships into bigger ones.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Win new business.<\/strong> Get stuck into pitches, proposals, and renewals.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keep clients happy.<\/strong> Track satisfaction across your accounts. If something feels off, fix it before it becomes a problem.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Protect the quality of the work.<\/strong> Make sure nothing leaves the agency unless it&#8217;s strategically sound and creatively strong.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Manage scope and budgets.<\/strong> Have the honest conversations early so projects stay healthy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A Day in the Life<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No two days are the same, but most include some mix of these: checking in on status reports, briefing the creative and production teams, sitting in a client meeting to talk through a new campaign, sending over a rough cut of a TV ad for feedback, running a brainstorm for a client who wants to grow sales in a specific category, doing a store walk to see what competitors are up to, and keeping up with culture, news, and trends that affect your clients&#8217; businesses.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll also be the one who keeps timelines honest \u2014 gently telling clients when something isn&#8217;t possible by Friday, and making sure your team isn&#8217;t drowning to make the impossible happen. And whether our client sells tractors or trainers, you&#8217;ll be expected to know their world inside out.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Who You Are<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A clear thinker.<\/strong> You can hold your own in a strategic conversation and bring a point of view, not just a process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adaptable.<\/strong> We&#8217;re growing fast.
