You can use this section to list products you&#8217;re selling and connect with more customers on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>While any business can have a Facebook Page shop, this feature best serves merchants, retail and ecommerce advertisers. We recommend it for businesses selling apparel, accessories (including bags and luggage), home furnishings and baby or kids&#8217; products. But other types of businesses can still use a Facebook Page shop to reach more people on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Facebook has always been about connecting you to what you love. That means friends and family, but also products, brands and businesses. For years, people have used our apps to buy and sell things from the early days of posting a photo of a bicycle with the caption \u201cfor sale,\u201d to selling your coffee table on Marketplace and now shopping styles from your favorite brands and influencers on Instagram. It was the people who use our apps who envisioned social commerce. We\u2019re helping them make it a reality.<\/p>\n<p>Right now many small businesses are struggling, and with stores closing, more are looking to bring their business online. Our goal is to make shopping seamless and empower anyone from a small business owner to a global brand to use our apps to connect with customers. That\u2019s why we\u2019re launching Facebook Shops and investing in features across our apps that inspire people to shop and make buying and selling online easier.<\/p>\n<p>People can find Facebook Shops on a business\u2019 Facebook Page or Instagram profile, or discover them through stories or ads. They can be valuable to you because you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add as many products as you want: You don&#8217;t need to upload a product catalog anywhere else first, and there&#8217;s no limit on how many products you can add.<\/li>\n<li>Customize your product inventory: You can organize your products into different collections so your customers can browse your Facebook Page shop by category.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers: Customers can message your Page with questions.<\/li>\n<li>Get insights: You can see views, clicks and purchases for each of your products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Feature is not yet available in the market yet but Facebook confirmed to soon expand access to Facebook Shops so that more businesses around the world can use them.
